Information we collect
When you send an enquiry or request a Social Growth Audit, we may collect your name, email address, phone number if supplied, business or organisation, website or social account, area of interest and the challenge or message you share.
Why we use it
We use this information to receive and understand your request, assess whether and how we can help, respond to you and manage legitimate business correspondence arising from it. We do not use it for unrelated purposes without an appropriate basis.
Service providers
Villiz uses service providers necessary to securely store, deliver and process website communications. Information is shared only as needed to operate those services.
Retention
Social Growth Audit requests and their storage index are automatically deleted after 30 days. Correspondence created when we respond may be retained separately only for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the enquiry and meet legitimate business or legal requirements.
